Helping People, Changing Lives

United Community Action Partnership (UCAP) is an effort to bring together area resources to effectively and efficiently address the growing needs of families in 9 counties throughout southwest Minnesota.

United Community Action Partnership Service Area

UCAP service area includes the nine counties of Cottonwood, Jackson, Kandiyohi, Lincoln, Lyon, Meeker, McLeod, Renville, and Redwood, plus services in the four additional counties of Murray, Nobles, Pipestone, and Rock.

UCAP is a private, non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors representing the low income, public, and private sectors of the community.
