United Community Action Partnership is committed to helping. Through partnerships with community members, volunteers and businesses, we are addressing chronic hunger in many ways, such as by offering local food shelves, Farmer’s Market Accessibility Outreach, SNAP Outreach, and more.
UCAP Food Shelf Near You
Our food shelves provide food to people in need and use the “client choice” system. People who visit the food shelf are able to choose the food that their family will use, and are given an amount of food based on their family size. UCAP has food shelves in four locations:

Farmer’s Market Accessibility Outreach
United Community Action Partnership staff are working with area Farmer’s Markets to make fresh, local foods available to more people. Participating markets accept SNAP/EBT benefits, credit and debit cards, and cash.
