BIG BUDDIES PROGRAM

Big Buddies is a community-based youth development program that works with youth to nurture personal growth and to support, inspire, and guide them toward a future of unlimited opportunities. Our programs provide tools and opportunities in the form of mentors, after school programs, community events, and group activities to help youth navigate the challenges of growing up healthy, safe, and prepared for success. By being a Big Buddy, mentors can make a difference in a child’s life with as little as 2-4 hours a month, or more. Mentors and youth relationships typically last one year, though some of our mentor relationships have turned into long lasting friendships.
GENERATION NEXT PROGRAM

Generation Next offers weekly classes for middle and high school girls, supported by school staff. Sessions run 6–8 weeks in fall, winter, and spring, with curriculum tailored to group needs. Our mentor-led program features guest speakers, career insights, and skill-building. We emphasize relationships, future planning, and communication with teachers, coaches, and parents.
