UCAP’s Energy Assistance program provides financial assistance to pay a portion of a household’s energy and heating bills. In addition, the program offers emergency assistance for utility disconnection, educates consumers to use home heating energy efficiently and safely, and provides emergency heating system repair or replacement for homeowners.
How to Apply for Energy Assistance
The 2024-2025 Energy Assistance Program will begin on October 1, 2024. Starting October 1st, 2024, you can apply for EAP benefits by either downloading and printing the 2024-2025 EAP application or by applying online.
