Staring October 1st, 2018 UCAP will be providing the Energy Assistance Program (EAP) – helping income eligible households pay a portion of their home heating costs.
UCAP will staff the Olivia office at 500 E DePue Avenue weekdays 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Some area residents may be receiving applications in the mail as early as this week. EAP funds will be available sometime in November. Grants will be awarded when funds are available.
Whether you live in Cottonwood, Jackson, Kandiyohi, Lincoln, Lyon, McLeod, Meeker, Redwood or Renville County, UCAP staff are ready to help meet your energy needs. Applications are processed on a first-come first-served basis. Applications can be completed and returned to a UCAP office anytime.
