As frustrated as some of us are getting with the weather changing our plans in April, safety remains UCAP's biggest concern. Here are the latest weather announcements for April 18, 2018: Community Transit: Services in Rock County are operating within the City of Luverne only. Services in Cottonwood and Jackson counties will shut down by 3:00 p.m.
Community Transit does not have dial-a-ride service Sunday, April 15th. Red Route will begin in Marshall at 10 a.m. if road conditions are favorable.
Due to the coming storm UCAP has the following closing for April 14th, 2018: The Marshall and Willmar tax clinics have been cancelled. Community Transit is not running.
