Poverty simulations open eyes and hearts
Seventy-one people got a taste of what it feels like to live in poverty on March 7th at Ridgewater College, and it was an eye-opener to many. The poverty simulation experience is designed to help attendees begin to understand what it might be like to live in a typical low-income family trying to survive from month to month.
