At UCAP Food Shelves, we’re here to make sure everyone has access to good, healthy food. Each day we offer a variety of fresh produce, meat, dairy, bakery items, and pantry staples – thanks to the generous support of local grocery stores, farms, and community partners.

- Pick out the foods that work best for you and your family
- Most visits give you enough for five days.
*For TEFAP (Emergency Food Assistance Program), you must meet income guidelines – 300% of the Federal Poverty Level
